How PropertyTrust BD works
We do not certify title and we do not guarantee any transaction. What we do is make the information around a listing visible, consistent and comparable — so you know what has been shown to you and what has not.
The PropertyTrust Score
Each listing is scored out of 100 based on how complete and consistent its information is. A high score means more has been shown and checked — not that the property is guaranteed safe.

What verification covers
- Which ownership and approval documents the lister has named or supplied
- Whether key details are internally consistent (size, floor, unit, developer, project)
- Whether the developer and project information can be matched to a known entity
- Whether the asking price sits inside the expected range for the area and size
- Whether any known risk indicators apply to the listing
What verification does not cover
- Legal certification of title, mutation or encumbrance status
- Formal valuation for lending or tax purposes
- Structural or engineering assessment of the building
- Any guarantee that a seller, agent or developer will perform as promised
How prices are estimated
Bangladesh has no public transaction price register. Our ranges come from listing prices, comparable units and area-level per-square-foot data. Where we do not hold enough data, we show no estimate instead of guessing.
PropertyTrust BD provides informational verification and risk indicators. This does not constitute legal title certification, valuation, financial advice, or a guarantee of transaction safety. Final legal verification must be completed by a qualified lawyer or authorised professional.
