PropertyTrust BD is an information platform. We are not a broker, agent, valuer, lender or law firm, and we are not party to any transaction between users.
Listings and accuracy
Listing content is supplied by sellers, agents and developers. While we apply information checks, we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, current or complete.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, must not upload documents you have no right to share, and must carry out your own legal and financial due diligence before any transaction.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PropertyTrust BD is not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform content, including verification indicators, scores and price estimates.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
